vc++ dll

i hv uploaded two files here..

<b>1.foqadll (in vc++2008)
2.foqadrive (vb 2008)</b>

i can access the dll file through the foqadrive but its giving some error(Access to read or write memory is unhandled), oviusly it indicates that there is some problem in that dll..and when i add some messagebox to track the particular line where the error is comming i saw that the SafeArray structure is not accessable and that is..

(*ptrPARAMDATA)->rgsabound->cElements;
